Poppy Fields Hedgehog Thank You

Dimension

Card measures 10cm X 14cm.

Materials

1 cream cardstock as the card base.

1 ivory cardstock.

1 black cardstock.

1 ivory ribbon, about 1.4cm thick.

1 black ribbon, about 1cm thick.

Other tools,

Foam tape and glue.

Versacolor Black pigment ink.

Hero Arts Clear embossing powder.

Heat Gun.

3199J Poppy Fields wood mounted rubber stamp from Penny Black (shown below).

Rub-on alphabets for the word "thanks" from Making Memories.

Soluble Crayons for coloring.

Non stick craft scissors by EK Success Honey Bee (shown below).

Instructions

Stamp image on white cardstock using black pigment ink, emboss and handpaint using soluble crayons. See basic rubber stamping video instructions guide.

Cut out image, layer over black cardstock.

Cut cream cardstock measuring 20cm X 14cm, score and fold into half, to form the cardbase measuring 10cm X 14 cm.

Cut ivory cardstock measuring 9.6cm X 13.6cm.

Use black pigment ink to ink the sides of the ivory cardstock.

Layer ivory ribbon across ivory cardstock. Layer black ribbon across the ivory ribbon. Tuck the ribbons edges behind the ivory cardstock.

Paste image over the ribbons using foam tape.

Transfer rub-ons sentiment "Thanks" on the ivory cardstock just above the ribbons.

Paste the overall design on the cream cardstock, using foam tape.
