Handmade Greeting Cards
I enjoy using Penny Black rubber stamps for my handmade greeting cards.
The cartoons are really cute and cheerful and brings a smile all the time. One important tip is to paint it in bright and happy colors, that will make it really cheerful! I hope you enjoy this piece.

Busy Bee? Or Cat?
Dimension
Card measures 10cm X 14cm.
Materials
Use of blue glass flower bead is optional as it is difficult to fasten it to the card. You may use other forms of embellishment where you see fit, such as prima flowers, buttons, chip board sentiments, etc.
For the card
1 orange cardstock for the card base.
1 blue cardstock.
1 lime green cardstock.
1 pale green cardstock.
1 white cardstock for stamping images.
Other tools,
4 orange eyelets, with use of eyelet setting tool.
Foam tape.
Glue.
Penny Black Bee Costume 2243K (shown below).
Matching multiple colored ribbon, approximate 2cm thick.
Versacolor Black pigment ink.
Hero Arts Clear embossing powder.
Ranger Distress Orange Marmalade Dye Ink.
Heat Gun.

top of Birthday card ideas.
Instructions
Stamp image on white cardstock, emboss and handpaint it. Edge sides with Ranger Orange Marmalade ink.
Use eyelet for the 4 corners, fasten it and layer over pale green cardstock, leaving 0.1cm border around it. Layer again over lime green cardstock, leaving another 0.1cm around it.
Layer the image over a blue cardstock using foam tape, leave 0.1cm border around it except the bottom, allow approximately 4cm to accomodate the ribbon.
Lay ribbon over the blue cardstock as shown in the picture, tucking the two ends behind the blue cardstock.
Cut orange cardstock at 10cm X 28cm, score at 14cm mark and fold into half, to make it a single fold cardbase.
Layer the whole design over the orange cardbase.
Optional to add embellishment such as prima flowers, chip board sentiment tag, etc.
